All orders valued over $500.00 qualify for Free UPS Ground Shipping. Additional shipping choices are listed at check out and upgraded shipping methods will incur additional costs and will be reflected at check out. You will receive a copy of your order receipt with Tracking Number provided by the chosen carrier to the email address provided on original order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The price is non-inclusive of local tax, vat, import fees or other shipment clearance costs which may apply. Any charges applied upon import are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid by the customer. If items are returned to us uncleared, re-importation and shipping costs will be debited from any refund due. The same applies if the shipment is also returned due to incorrect shipping details provided. saltgear.com is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process.

We do not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. BOX addresses. A valid physical street address is required to process your order.

All carriers are experiencing delays, and deliveries may take longer than expected. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide updates or information on your shipment once it leaves our facility. If you require further assistance, please contact the carrier with tracking number provided on order receipt.

Saltgear.com is NOT liable for lost or delayed orders, stolen packages, or items damaged in transit. Contact the carrier to submit a claim using tracking number provided on order receipt.

We do not ship on holidays, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

All orders are processed as they are received. We make every effort to ship same day when the order is received before 2:30 PM, EST., Monday through Thursday. Some products require testing, so please allow for additional time before shipping.

30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEED RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from SaltGear, LLC for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund and the product must be received by SaltGear within 45 days of the date of purchase. You may return any product purchased on SaltGear.com (“Product”) EXCEPT: Custom Orders, Cut Chain, Parts, items in the “Parts” category, Electrical parts, and other replacement components. All Parts Sales are Final. No Returns. Contact Customer Service for complete details. All following conditions must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
  • All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
  • The RMA number must be indicated on the exterior of package along with your returned product.
  • Include a copy of the original sales receipt.
  • Products must be received by Saltgear within 45 days of the purchase date or a 25% Re-Stocking Fee will apply.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

  • Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
  • You are responsible for, and must prepay, all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Saltgear. We recommend purchasing INSURANCE for your return to cover the purchase price or value of the item.
  • If you return Product to SaltGear a) without an RMA from SaltGear or (b) without all parts included in the original package, SaltGear retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge a restocking fee of 25% of the original price of the product or the retail value of the missing accessories, whichever is higher.
  • A restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price of the product will be charged for returns received after 45 days from original date of purchase.
  • A restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price of the product will be charged for product(s) ordered by error.
  • Refunds will be processed and paid within 2 weeks of SaltGear’s receipt of Product.
